Hapoel Jerusalem Eyes Former NBA Swingman Seth Landy After Strong Summer League Showing
Hapoel Jerusalem is reportedly interested in signing Seth Landy, a 26-year-old swingman who recently impressed in the NBA Summer League. Landy, standing 1.93 meters tall, played nine games for the Atlanta Hawks during the 2023/24 NBA season. Last season, he was on a two-way contract with the Los Angeles Clippers but did not see any game time.
In his latest Summer League appearance in Las Vegas, playing for Toronto against Indiana, Landy delivered a game-winning block and scored 22 points. He also posted 16 and 23 points in previous games against Boston and Houston, respectively, shooting 10 of 16 from beyond the arc in his last two games.
According to Greek reporter Tolis Kotsias, Hapoel Jerusalem's coach Sasha Obradovic has Landy on his radar as the team looks to strengthen its roster for the upcoming season. The club is considering adding the former NBA player to its lineup in the Israeli Basketball Premier League.
