Israeli Actress Rotem Sela Urges Voters to Replace Government in Upcoming Elections

Israeli actress and TV host Rotem Sela has once again voiced her criticism of the current government and Knesset members, urging her followers to vote for a change in leadership in the upcoming elections. Sela shared a video of Knesset member Naama Lazimi from the Democratic Party, who broke down in tears during a parliamentary speech after a bill intended to help public housing residents purchase their homes at a discount failed to pass. This occurred alongside the approval of a law freezing detention for draft-dodging ultra-Orthodox men.

Accompanying the video, Sela expressed her emotional response, saying she watched it repeatedly and could not stop crying. She lamented that those responsible for supporting the vulnerable and securing a better future for children are instead acting contrary to those goals. Sela declared her refusal to accept the current state of affairs and called on voters to choose different leaders who are ethical and strong.

Her post concluded with a hopeful plea for the upcoming elections, stating, "I pray that on election day we choose differently, that we change the face of this country and replace those unfit to lead with leaders who are ethical and strong like ours."
