Health Ministry Orders Recall of Popular Product: Do Not Use
People who are sensitive to or allergic to gluten are asked to take note: the factory "Peleg Yezamuyot Beit Ariza Galgal" is recalling the product "Organic gluten-free cocoa powder" of the brand "Atid Yarok." An inspection conducted by the Food Service at the Jerusalem District Health Office found that the product was manufactured in violation of legal requirements. In addition, laboratory results indicated an excessive gluten level in the product, so it cannot be labeled gluten-free. In coordination with the Food Service of the Ministry of Health, the factory has begun an immediate collection of the product from stores and points of sale. Here are the full product details: Product name: Organic cocoa powder, Organic cocoa powder. Trade name/brand: Atid Yarok. Contents: 100 grams. Manufacturer: Peleg Yezamuyot Beit Ariza Galgal.
