Six Arrested in Jerusalem Airbnb Murder Investigation Following Violent Dispute
Israeli police arrested six suspects overnight in connection with a fatal stabbing that occurred the previous day in an Airbnb apartment in the Nahalat neighborhood of Jerusalem. The suspects, all Jewish males aged 16 to 20, are expected to appear in Jerusalem Magistrate's Court for a detention extension hearing. The victim, an 18-year-old male, was reportedly involved in an argument with friends and several young women at the apartment. According to initial investigation details, the women allegedly called additional young men to intervene, which escalated into a violent confrontation ending in the victim's death. Some of the suspects have prior police records. Upon receiving the report, Jerusalem District Commander Asaf Feld held a special situation assessment at the scene and ordered all available resources to locate those involved. The Criminal Investigation Unit of the Zion Division, together with other Jerusalem district forces, conducted a manhunt that led to the suspects' capture. The police continue to investigate the full circumstances of the incident to uncover the truth.
