Iranian Foreign Minister Visits Oman to Discuss Strait of Hormuz Shipping Mechanism

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi arrived in Oman for a visit aimed at discussing maritime security. During his visit, Araghchi is scheduled to meet with Omani Foreign Minister Badr Al-Busaidi. The two officials will deliberate on establishing an appropriate mechanism to facilitate the passage of ships through the Strait of Hormuz, in line with a previously agreed memorandum of understanding.
