Police Complete Probe Into Minister May Golan on Suspicion of Bribery and Fraud
The National Unit for Fraud Investigations has completed an investigation into Social Equality Minister May Golan and public employees close to her, on suspicion of bribery, fraud and breach of trust, forgery, and obtaining property by deception. The investigation began in September 2025 after several months of covert inquiry and with the approval of the Attorney General. As part of the investigation, dozens of suspects and witnesses were questioned, and the case has now been transferred to the State Attorney's Office for a decision.
