IDF Uncovers Hezbollah Weapons Caches Hidden in Southern Lebanon Homes

Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) troops from Brigade 769, operating under Division 91 in southern Lebanon, have discovered multiple weapons caches belonging to Hezbollah. During a recent operation in the village of Talousa, the forces found stockpiles containing RPG launchers, anti-tank missiles, light arms, and ammunition.

In a notable find, one cache was concealed inside a civilian home’s bedroom, where explosives, rockets, military gear, and Hezbollah flags were uncovered. The IDF highlighted that Hezbollah continues to embed its military infrastructure within civilian areas in southern Lebanon, using homes and villages to store weapons and equipment.

The ongoing operations by Brigade 769 aim to dismantle terrorist infrastructure and eliminate threats to Israel’s security. The IDF emphasized that these efforts in southern Lebanon will continue to prevent attacks and maintain regional stability.
