US Media Praises Israeli Forward Dor Turgeman's MLS Performance

Israeli forward Dor Turgeman is experiencing a surge in form in the MLS, scoring five goals in his last four games and ten since the World Cup break. Turgeman recently netted a spectacular right-footed goal in the 9th minute and a second in the 51st minute during a 2-3 victory over the New York Red Bulls. His coach, Marco Mitrović, praised Turgeman's exceptional finishing ability and excellent kicking technique, noting that the player is also improving his ability to score simpler goals, which is crucial for his development. Mitrović explained that while Turgeman is a talented young player with great potential, it took time to understand the best way to work with him, emphasizing the importance of finding the right communication method to convey messages effectively. He believes they have found this successful communication, evidenced by Turgeman's improving output. Turgeman himself stated that regular video sessions with the coaching staff have been very helpful, and he appreciates Mitrović's approach. Media outlets in the US have also taken notice, with "theblazingmusket" highlighting Turgeman's talent, quick footwork, and ability to hold the ball and lead pressure. The publication noted that the 23-year-old is now consistently scoring, a reward for his hard work. Will Sands commented on Turgeman's fantastic technique and incredible plays, attributing his current scoring form to an improved understanding of striker positioning and translating that into effective on-field performance.
