Dr. Safi Mandelblit Steps Down as Deputy Director of Israeli Health Ministry

Dr. Safi Mandelblit, who has served as Deputy Director and Head of the Health Division at Israel's Ministry of Health for five years, will leave his position in the coming weeks. Mandelblit is set to take on a managerial role at Shaare Zedek Medical Center following a cooling-off period. Shaare Zedek recently received a major donation from WhatsApp founder Jan Koum. Mandelblit previously served as the hospital's Medical Director.

During his tenure at the Ministry of Health, Mandelblit led numerous reforms and strategic initiatives.
