Deputy Director General Sefi Mandelovitch to Leave Israel's Health Ministry After Five Years

Sefi Mandelovitch, a member of the management team at Israel's Ministry of Health who served as Deputy Director General and head of the Health Division, will depart the ministry in the coming weeks after five years in his role. Following his departure, Mandelovitch is set to return to the management of Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem. The Ministry of Health highlighted that during his tenure, Dr. Mandelovitch led numerous reforms and strategic processes within the healthcare system and played a central role in managing the challenges of recent emergency situations. Mandelovitch expressed his gratitude, stating, "It was a great honor to serve the public in Israel during a challenging, difficult, and complex period and to be part of the healthcare system at its peak activity."
