Maccabi Tel Aviv May Exclude Heitor From Training Camp, Seeks New Defender
Maccabi Tel Aviv has finalized the roster for its training camp in Serbia starting Sunday, but uncertainty surrounds Brazilian defender Heitor's participation. The club does not currently count on Heitor and is actively searching for a foreign defender to replace him, as he has not arrived in Israel nor trained with the team. Meanwhile, all other foreign players, including Kerwin Andrade who is abroad for personal reasons, are expected to join the camp. Domestic players Ali Kamara, Issouf Sissoko, Christian Blitz, Tyrese Asante, and Ion Nicolescu are already in Israel. Additionally, Leo Varela is currently participating in the World Cup. The club continues its preparations ahead of the upcoming season with these adjustments.
