Maccabi Tel Aviv Likely to Exclude Heitor From Training Camp, Seeks New Defender

Maccabi Tel Aviv has finalized its roster for the training camp in Serbia starting Sunday, but the status of Brazilian defender Heitor remains uncertain. The club does not currently count on Heitor, who has not arrived in Israel or trained with the team, and is actively searching for a foreign defender to replace him. All other foreign players, including Kerwin Andrade who is abroad for personal reasons, are expected to join the camp. Domestic players Ali Kamara, Issouf Sisoko, Christian Blitz, Tyrese Asante, and Ion Nicolescu are already in Israel, while Leo Varela is participating in the World Cup. The team continues its preparations ahead of the upcoming season.
