A man, approximately 35 years old, was killed Friday morning in a traffic accident involving a bus and a car on Route 458, near Ma'ale Mikhmas. The MDA (Magen David Adom) emergency services received a report of the crash at 8:16 AM. Responders arriving at the scene found the car driver unconscious and suffering from severe, multi-system injuries. After medical assessments, they were forced to pronounce him dead at the scene.

Paramedic Nadav Tayeb and Senior Paramedic Erez Neuman described the scene, stating, "The car was crushed with significant body damage, and next to it lay the driver, unconscious, without a pulse or breathing, with very severe injuries to his body. We performed medical checks, but unfortunately, we could only pronounce him dead."

The police have opened an investigation into the circumstances of the collision between the vehicles.
