A man, approximately 35 years old, was killed on Tuesday morning in a traffic accident involving a bus and a car on Route 458, near the settlement of Ma'ale Mikhmas in the Jerusalem region. Magen David Adom (MDA) emergency services reported the incident. MDA's Jerusalem regional dispatch received a call at 8:16 AM about the collision. Paramedics arriving at the scene found the car driver lying beside his severely damaged vehicle, unconscious, without pulse or breathing, and suffering from critical injuries. "We performed the necessary medical examinations, but unfortunately, we had no choice but to declare his death," stated MDA paramedics Nadav Tayeb and Erez Neuman. They added that the man had sustained multiple severe injuries and showed no signs of life upon their arrival.
