Rabbi Shimon Biton, the senior rabbi of the city of Beit Shemesh and the oldest rabbi in Morocco, has returned to his residence on President Street in Beit Shemesh. He was hospitalized last week after falling at his home.
The rabbi is now sitting in his Sukkah, receiving visitors, and accepting the public. Prominent rabbis have already visited him to offer holiday blessings and receive his own blessings.
