Israel Weather Forecast: Mild Temperatures, Scattered Showers Expected
Israel's Meteorological Service forecasts a slight rise in temperatures on Monday, September 28, bringing them close to the seasonal average. Variable cloudiness is expected, with intermittent rain anticipated in the northern and central parts of the country.
Highs on Monday will range from 18-26 degrees Celsius in Jerusalem, 22-30 in Tel Aviv, 22-28 in Haifa, and 25-38 in Eilat. Other cities and regions will experience similar temperatures, including Beer Sheva (21-30), the Dead Sea coast (26-35), Ashkelon and Ashdod (22-30), Ariel (20-27), Tiberias and the Sea of Galilee coast (21-30), and the Golan Heights (19-30).
Water temperature off the Mediterranean coast will be 29 degrees Celsius, with wave heights between 30-120 cm. Winds will be predominantly westerly, reaching up to 20 km/h along the Mediterranean coast in Tel Aviv and Haifa, up to 25 km/h near the Sea of Galilee, and up to 5 km/h in the Eilat Bay.
Looking ahead, temperatures are expected to drop from Tuesday through Thursday, accompanied by cloudy conditions. Scattered showers are forecast for Friday and Saturday, with no significant changes expected by Sunday.
