Arab Man Dies, Five Injured in Jordan Valley Road Collision
A man from northern Israel died and five others were injured, two critically, in a four-vehicle crash on Route 90 in the Jordan Valley on Friday evening. Medical teams from Magen David Adom responded to the scene. Paramedics pronounced a 60-year-old man dead due to severe injuries. Two men, aged 60 and 40, suffered critical head and abdominal injuries and received initial treatment. A 30-year-old man with moderate abdominal injuries also received initial treatment, along with two others with minor injuries. The two critically injured were airlifted to Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital, while the others were transported by intensive care vehicles. Police have launched an investigation into the cause of the accident and are managing traffic flow. According to recent data from the National Road Safety Authority, 334 people, including 129 Arabs, have died in road accidents in Israel since the beginning of the year.
