Israeli Teen Killed in Kyiv Drone Strike, Mother Injured
A 14-year-old Israeli boy, Daniel Omansky, was killed Friday when a drone struck an apartment building in Kyiv, Ukraine's capital, during an attack on the city. His mother was injured in the incident and is currently hospitalized.
Following the report of the incident, Israel's consul in Kyiv and the Foreign Ministry's department for Israelis in distress abroad immediately began handling the case. Ministry representatives are in continuous contact with the boy's family, providing them with necessary assistance.
