Hapoel Ramat Gan are continuing to rebuild their squad this summer, with only Maksim Plakushchenko already signed so far. Sharif Kiouf is expected to complete his move formally before training begins.
According to a Sport5 report, the club is in talks with two midfielders: Moshe Semo of Hungary's Puskas Akademia and Amit Tzur of Hapoel Rishon LeZion. Tzur, a Maccabi Tel Aviv youth product, joined Rishon LeZion this season and scored three goals across all competitions.
Semo was bought last summer from Hapoel Rishon LeZion for 300,000 euros. The 23-year-old made 13 appearances in all competitions this season and recorded one assist. He is under contract until 2029.
