Naftali Bennett Attacked During Social Media Video Shoot in Bnei Brak
Former Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett, now chairman of the "Bayad" party, addressed an incident that occurred in Bnei Brak where an object was thrown at him while he was filming one of his "Parliament" videos for social media. According to a party statement, after approximately 30 minutes of filming with several yeshiva students, a group of political activists arrived, and two objects were thrown towards Bennett.
The objects struck a female staff member on the head. She received immediate on-site treatment and was released without requiring further medical attention. Bennett later spoke with her and confirmed she was feeling well. Security forces present at the scene apprehended a suspect in the assault, the statement added.
