Israel Sets Red Lines for Strikes on Iran's Nuclear Sites

Israel is preparing for a new wave of strikes against Iran, potentially targeting its nuclear facilities, if Tehran crosses "red lines" set by Jerusalem. An Israeli source, speaking to the Saudi network Al-Hadath, indicated that Israel is prepared to act independently of the United States, with or without American participation in any operation against Iran's nuclear infrastructure. The source stated that further attacks on Iran are "only a matter of time," though specific timelines were not provided.

Additionally, the source highlighted the impact of economic pressure on Iran, suggesting that an economic blockade is weakening the regime and could lead to its rapid collapse, possibly sooner than anticipated. This comes as Iran has previously warned of expanding the conflict's geography.

Earlier, an advisor to Iran's Supreme Leader, Yahya Rahim Safavi, suggested that Iran might extend the current military conflict into new regions if the United States or Israel launch further strikes on Iranian territory. Safavi noted that the confrontation has already moved beyond traditional combat zones, spreading from the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz towards the Red Sea. He cautioned that renewed hostilities could lead to the confrontation zone expanding further, potentially reaching the Indian Ocean and beyond.
