Israeli Police Arrest West Bank Man for Inciting Terrorism Online
Israeli police announced the arrest of a man in his 50s from the village of Nazlat ash-Sharqiya in Samaria, part of the Palestinian Authority. He is suspected of inciting terrorism, supporting terror organizations, and glorifying terrorists. According to police, the suspect published calls for violence and materials supporting terrorists on social media. Among his posts was an image of an Israeli soldier with a bullet aimed at her head, accompanied by threatening text. Following monitoring of his online activity, IDF soldiers and Border Police officers from Judea and Samaria searched his home and apprehended him. The suspect was handed over to police investigators, and a request will be submitted to extend his detention.
