Haifa Apartment Fire Caused by Clothes Dryer
Firefighters in Haifa extinguished a blaze that broke out in a residential apartment on Sinai Street. Upon arrival, rescue crews found the apartment filled with smoke. Firefighters worked to put out the fire and used a thermal camera to search for any trapped individuals. They also ventilated the apartment to clear the smoke. No injuries were reported.
The fire was reportedly caused by a clothes dryer. Official spokesperson for Arabic media for the Fire and Rescue Services, Kayed Daher, stated that the crews conducted searches to ensure no one was trapped.
