Haifa Firefighters Extinguish Apartment Blaze Caused by Dryer
Fire and rescue crews in Haifa successfully controlled a fire that broke out in a residential apartment on Sinai Street. The blaze was reportedly caused by a malfunctioning clothes dryer.
Upon arrival, firefighters encountered heavy smoke filling the apartment. They immediately began extinguishing the flames and conducted searches using a thermal camera to ensure no one was trapped inside. The crews also worked to ventilate the apartment and clear the smoke.
Kaid Daher, spokesperson for the Fire and Rescue Authority for the Arabic media, confirmed that the incident concluded without any human injuries. The fire was contained to the apartment where it originated.
