Iran Sets Terms for Talks With US, Demands End to All Fronts

Iran has communicated its conditions for resuming negotiations with the United States to intermediaries, demanding an end to hostilities on all fronts. Mohsen Rezai, secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, stated that Tehran's requirements have been conveyed to mediators, according to The Times of Israel. The demands include a cessation of fighting across all fronts, the unfreezing of Iranian financial assets, and the lifting of a naval blockade.

Rezai also confirmed ongoing communication with Qatari and Pakistani intermediaries. Iran is now awaiting a response from U.S. President Donald Trump. This development follows reports that Iran has accelerated the restoration of a nuclear facility in Parchin, designated "Taleghan-2," after alleged Israeli strikes. New satellite imagery from September 19, taken on September 13 by Vantor, shows a large shelter erected over a damaged structure, potentially obscuring reconstruction efforts from surveillance.

The Institute for Science and International Security noted the presence of heavy construction equipment, including bulldozers, cranes, concrete mixers, and dump trucks, at the site. New concrete structures are also being built nearby, possibly to enhance the facility's protection against future attacks.
