Poll Shows Stable Bloc Support Amid Minor Party Shifts
A new poll from Channel 14, conducted by NEXT DATA, indicates stable bloc support in Israel, with the right-wing bloc maintaining 64 seats and the left-wing bloc holding 44 seats. Arab parties collectively secured 12 seats. The Likud party saw a slight decrease, falling to 30 seats from 31, while Benny Gantz's National Unity party also dropped one seat to 21.
Shas remained steady with 10 seats, and the Democrats gained one seat to reach 9. Religious Zionism and Otzma Yehudit each held 8 seats. Naftali Bennett's party, Yisrael Beiteinu, increased to 8 seats, as did United Torah Judaism. Conversely, Yisrael Beiteinu weakened from 7 to 6 seats.
Within the Arab parties, there was an internal shift: Hadash-Ta'al-Balad rose to 7 seats, while Ra'am fell to 5 seats. Parties below the electoral threshold showed some growth, with Ofer Winter's "Am Israel" rising to 2.3% and the "Economic Reservists" reaching 2.1%.
In terms of leadership, Benjamin Netanyahu continues to lead as the preferred prime minister with 51% support. Gadi Eisenkot gained one point to 35%, while Naftali Bennett dropped to 9% and Avigdor Lieberman rose to 5%. In a direct comparison, Netanyahu leads Eisenkot 53% to 47%.
