New Poll Shows Political Stalemate, Netanyahu Bloc Tied with Opposition

A new poll conducted by Kantar Institute for Kan News reveals a complete political stalemate in Israel, with both the bloc supporting Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the opposition bloc each securing 52 seats. The survey indicates internal shifts within the parties, however. The Likud party, led by Netanyahu, dropped one seat to 20, while the "Yash" party, headed by Gadi Eisenkot, maintained its position as the largest single party with 24 seats.

Arab parties collectively hold 12 seats. The list of Hillel and Zeligka is positioned in the middle with 4 seats. Among the fluctuations, the Democratic party and United Torah Judaism each lost one seat. Conversely, Yisrael Beiteinu, the Religious Zionism party, and Otzma Yehudit each gained one seat.

Notably, Ofer Winter's "Am Israel" party enters the political map with 4 seats, as does the reservists' list led by Yoaz Hendel and Yaron Zelekha's Economic party, both crossing the electoral threshold with 4 seats. Parties failing to pass the threshold include Blue and White, the Haredi public, and Noam.
