Right-Wing Bloc Maintains Majority as Gadi Eizenkot and Democrats Weaken in New Poll

A new poll by Channel 14 reveals a stable political landscape in Israel, with the right-wing bloc holding a majority of 62 Knesset seats. The Likud party, led by Benjamin Netanyahu, remains the largest party with 32 seats. The left-center bloc holds 47 seats, while Arab parties collectively increase their representation to 11 seats.

Within the opposition, Gadi Eizenkot's party, Yisrael, loses one seat, dropping to 22 mandates, whereas Naftali Bennett's party, Beyachad, remains steady at seven seats. Both the Democrats and Shas parties receive ten seats each, United Torah Judaism and Yisrael Beiteinu each secure eight seats, Otzma Yehudit gets seven, Hadash-Ta'al six, and both Religious Zionism and Ra'am receive five seats each.

Regarding suitability for the prime minister role, Netanyahu leads significantly with 51% public support. Eizenkot follows with 37%, Bennett with 6%, Avigdor Lieberman with 5%, and Benny Gantz with 1%. Several parties fail to cross the electoral threshold, including Yesodot Israel and Balad at 2.1% each, Zehut at 1.3%, and Blue and White at 1.1%.

The poll was conducted on July 29, 2026, by NEXT DATA with 539 adult participants across the population, analyzed by Shlomo Filber.
