New Poll Shows Right-Wing Bloc Leading With 63 Seats, Left at 47 in Israel

A new poll conducted by NEXT DATA and published by Channel 14 on August 24, 2026, reveals a significant lead for the right-wing bloc in the Israeli Knesset elections. According to the survey of 486 adults across the population, the right-wing bloc is projected to secure 63 seats, while the left-wing bloc would receive 47 seats. Arab parties collectively stand at 10 seats.

The Likud party remains the largest single party with 32 seats, followed by Yisrael Beiteinu with 24 seats. Other notable parties include Shas with 10 seats, the Democratic Party with 9, and both Otzma Yehudit and United Torah Judaism with 8 seats each. Israel Beytenu and the Together party each receive 7 seats. The Religious Zionist Party, Ra'am, and the Hadash-Ta'al-Balad list each garner 5 seats. Several parties fall below the electoral threshold, including the Ofer Winter list (2.1%), Moshe Feiglin’s Zehut (1.7%), the Zionist Home for Reservists led by Troper and Handel (1.4%), Blue and White (1%), and Gilad Erdan (0.2%).

In the prime minister preference question, Benjamin Netanyahu leads with 52% support, followed by Gadi Eisenkot at 36%, Naftali Bennett at 7%, and Avigdor Lieberman at 5%. In a direct head-to-head between Netanyahu and Eisenkot, Netanyahu leads with 56% against Eisenkot’s 44%. The data analysis was conducted by Shlomo Philber.
