The team inquired about Harrison, but was informed that he intends to compete for a spot in the NBA through upcoming training camps.

Harrison is recovering from a lengthy injury that impacted his previous season, during which he averaged 4.8 points and 2 assists per game for Portland. Prior to his time with the Trail Blazers, he played three seasons with the San Antonio Spurs, where he was teammates with Victor Wembanyama and Deni Avdija. Harrison's career-high scoring performance was 12 points in a loss to the Atlanta Hawks.
