Jerusalem Court Considers House Arrest for Suspect in Murder Case
The Jerusalem District Court is considering releasing Linor Shoshon, a key defendant in the murder of Benyahu Razi, to house arrest. Seven defendants have been indicted in the serious case, with Shoshon facing charges of aiding after the fact and obstructing justice. Razi was murdered in July in a guest apartment in Jerusalem's Nachlaot neighborhood. According to the indictment and investigation details, four minors attacked Razi and his friend; Razi was fatally stabbed, and his friend was injured.
Details revealed during the investigation indicate that Shoshon watched the assault unfold from a vehicle via a video call during the attack. Following the murder, she was accused of assisting perpetrators and hindering the investigation. Shoshon has a prior conviction for extortion.
