Kosovo Football Team in Turmoil as Captain and Key Players Resign

Kosovo's national football team is facing a significant crisis ahead of upcoming Nations League matches, including a game against Israel. Captain Amir Rrahmani, a prominent player for Napoli, has announced his resignation from the national team, stating he will not play as long as the current leadership of the Football Federation remains in place. Rrahmani, who has served as captain for seven of his ten years with the team, expressed his frustration in a strong Instagram post.

He criticized the federation's management, citing years of unresolved issues, a lack of qualified personnel to address player concerns, and what he described as "relentless and coordinated attacks" from federation officials.
