Israeli Basketball Federation Criticizes Players for Absences, Seeks Full Commitment Ahead of World Cup Qualifiers

Frishman also highlighted ongoing efforts to improve the status of Israeli players and stressed the need for mutual respect between the federation and athletes. He mentioned a recent conversation with player Tomer Ginat, stressing the upcoming August game against Poland as crucial for the team's future in the qualifiers.

Team manager Moti Daniel acknowledged the physical and mental toll on players after a demanding season but insisted on full commitment moving forward. He rejected the need for punitive measures, stating that representing the national team should come from the heart.
