Teen Critically Injured in Kfar Kanna Shooting

A 16-year-old boy sustained critical injuries after being shot in the town of Kfar Kanna on Saturday evening, causing shock among residents. The injured teen was initially taken to a local clinic for first aid before being transferred to the Nazareth English Hospital for further treatment. The shooting occurred on a street in the town, spreading panic among residents who heard the gunfire.

Paramedics from Magen David Adom reported that the boy was semi-conscious upon their arrival and suffered penetrating wounds. "We saw the boy semi-conscious after being injured in a violence incident and suffering penetrating wounds. We provided him with initial treatment and then transferred him by intensive care ambulance to the hospital in serious condition," stated paramedics Jamal Suleimani and Anas Shehadeh. Medical sources indicated his condition remains unstable despite rapid intervention.

In a separate incident in Kfar Kanna on the same day, another 16-year-old boy was seriously injured after falling from a bicycle. Medical teams provided him with first aid before he was transported to the hospital. These two incidents have heightened community anxiety, with residents calling for increased security and safety measures.

Concerns persist in Kfar Kanna over recurring violence and injuries among teenagers, fueling demands for intensified security and medical efforts to protect the population. Medical sources confirmed the shooting victim's condition remains critical and pledged continued efforts to save his life.
