A 14-year-old boy sustained serious injuries from a shooting incident in the town of Kfar Kanna on Saturday evening. Paramedics from Magen David Adom provided initial treatment at a local clinic before transferring him to the Nazareth English Hospital for further care. Responders described the boy as having incomplete consciousness and penetrating wounds.
In a separate incident in Kfar Kanna, a 16-year-old boy suffered critical head injuries after falling from a bicycle. He was taken to Rambam Hospital in Haifa.
