Teen Critically Injured in Shooting Incident in Kafr Kanna

A 14-year-old boy sustained serious injuries from a shooting incident in the town of Kafr Kanna on Saturday evening, causing shock among residents. The injured youth was initially taken to a local clinic for first aid before being transferred to the English Hospital in Nazareth for further treatment. The shooting occurred on a street in the town, spreading panic among residents who heard the gunfire.

Paramedics from Magen David Adom reported that the boy was semi-conscious upon their arrival and suffered penetrating wounds. "We saw the boy semi-conscious after being injured in a violence incident and suffering penetrating wounds. We provided him with initial treatment and then transferred him by intensive care ambulance to the hospital in serious condition," stated paramedics Jamal Suleimani and Anas Shehadeh. Medical sources indicated that his condition remains unstable despite the rapid intervention.

In a separate incident in Kafr Kanna, a 16-year-old boy was seriously injured after falling off a bicycle. He received medical attention and was transported to the hospital. These two incidents have heightened anxiety among residents, who are calling for increased security and safety measures in the town.

Concerns are mounting in Kafr Kanna due to the recurring violence and injuries among young people, with increasing demands for intensified security and medical efforts to protect the population. Medical sources confirmed that the condition of the shooting victim remains serious and pledged to continue providing all necessary treatment to save his life.
