Arab Party Leader Abbas Signs Election Pact with Joint List

Mansour Abbas, head of the United Arab List (Ra'am) party, announced in Arabic that his party has signed a surplus votes agreement and a "gentlemen's agreement" with the Joint List. This pact commits the leaders and activists of both parties not to engage in smear campaigns against each other during the upcoming elections.
