Maccabi Tel Aviv Loans Venezuelan Midfielder Andrade to Brazilian Club
Venezuelan midfielder Kervin Andrade has officially been loaned from Maccabi Tel Aviv to Brazilian second-division club Sporting Recife for one season, with an option to buy. The deal includes a purchase option set at 2 million euros for 60% of his playing rights, based on a valuation of 3.3 million euros.
Andrade is reportedly Recife's 13th signing of the summer. Brazilian media cited positive feedback on Andrade from his former coach, Juan Pablo Vojvoda, who previously managed the player. Reports suggest Andrade was sought after for his versatility on both wings.
Commentators have described Andrade as an attacking player suited to Recife's needs. Local media believe his arrival will finalize the team's transformation under coach Mariano Soso, who aims to secure promotion back to Brazil's top league in the upcoming season.
