Brazilian club Sporting Recife is reportedly close to finalizing the loan signing of Maccabi Tel Aviv winger, Clevvin Onardo Andrade. Brazilian media outlets suggest the deal will be completed within hours, before the local transfer window closes on Friday. Andrade, who has already been removed from Maccabi Tel Aviv's squad, will become the 13th player to join Recife this summer. His departure allowed Maccabi to register James Tavernier for their match against Hapoel Be'er Sheva.
Commentators in Brazil have praised the potential acquisition, describing Andrade as an "attacking player who can play on both wing positions" and exactly what Recife needs. The move is seen as completing a "revolution" at the club, with the aim of returning to the Brazilian top league.
