Diplomat Distributors Recalls Snack Products Due to Undeclared Allergens
Diplomat Distributors (1968) Ltd. is recalling two varieties of 7Days Bake Rolls due to the presence of undeclared fava bean flour. The affected products are 7Days Bake Rolls with Salt (80g, barcode 5201360639007) and 7Days Bake Rolls with Garlic flavor (80g, barcode 7622202049927). The recall was initiated following consumer complaints that revealed the allergen was not listed on the ingredient labels.
The manufacturer of the products is Mondelez Romania Snacks Production S.R.L., located in Romania. The importer is Diplomat Distributors (1968) Ltd. The recall specifically targets products with the following best-before dates: for the salt flavor, November 4, 2026, January 14, 2027, January 15, 2027, and April 28, 2027; and for the garlic flavor, January 15, 2027, October 5, 2026, April 29, 2027, and October 15, 2027.
Consumers with a fava bean allergy are strongly advised not to consume these products. Other consumers can eat the products without concern. In coordination with the Food Service at the Ministry of Health, Diplomat Distributors is working to remove the affected items from the market.
