Diplomat Distributors Recalls Snack Products Due to Undeclared Allergen
Diplomat Distributors Ltd. is recalling two varieties of its 7 Days brand Bake Rolls snacks due to the presence of undeclared fava bean flour. The affected products are the 80-gram bags of Bake Rolls Salt flavor (barcode 5201360639007) and Bake Rolls Garlic flavor (barcode 7622202049927).
The recall was initiated following consumer complaints that revealed the presence of fava bean flour, which was not listed in the ingredients. The manufacturer of the affected products is Mondelez Romania Snacks Production S.R.L., located in Clinceni, Romania. Diplomat Distributors (1968) Ltd. is the importer.
Specific expiration dates for the recalled Salt flavor include November 4, 2026, January 14, 2027, January 15, 2027, and April 28, 2027. For the Garlic flavor, affected expiration dates are January 15, 2027, October 5, 2026, April 29, 2027, and October 15, 2027.
Consumers with a sensitivity to fava beans are strongly advised not to consume these products. Other consumers can reportedly eat the products without concern.
