Man Rescued After Near-Drowning Incident Off Carmel Beach
Emergency medical services responded to a report of a drowning near Carmel Beach on Tuesday morning. At approximately 7:56 AM, Magen David Adom's (MDA) emergency dispatch center in the Carmel region received the call.
MDA paramedics and EMTs arrived at the scene and provided medical treatment to a man in his 70s. He was subsequently transported to Rambam Hospital in moderate condition.
The incident occurred close to the shore of Carmel Beach.
