Elderly Man in Moderate Condition After Near-Drowning Incident at Carmel Beach
An approximately 70-year-old man was hospitalized in moderate condition on Friday morning after being rescued from a near-drowning incident near Carmel Beach. The Magen David Adom (MDA) emergency service reported that their emergency center received a call about the drowning at 7:56 AM in the Carmel region.
MDA paramedics and medical staff arrived at the scene and provided initial treatment to the man. He was then transported to Rambam Hospital in Haifa for further examination and treatment.
The incident occurred near the Carmel Beach area.
