Israel Warns Iran of Devastating Response to Attack

Israel's security establishment is on high alert for the upcoming holiday season, with a particular focus on potential threats from Iran. Senior Israeli officials have issued a stark warning to Tehran, stating that any attack on Israeli territory would trigger a "difficult war" rather than a limited response. Defense Minister Israel Katz explicitly threatened to "destroy their energy infrastructure in a short time" if Iran initiates hostilities.

This heightened readiness comes amid intelligence suggesting Iran has resumed ballistic missile production in underground facilities, utilizing stockpiled components. The Israeli military has assessed the situation and decided to maintain a high level of alertness across all fronts, preparing for both defense and a swift offensive response if necessary.

While Iran is identified as the primary concern, Israel is also maintaining vigilance on other fronts. Meanwhile, U.S. and Middle Eastern officials have informed The Wall Street Journal that Iran has recently restarted ballistic missile production in underground sites, using existing inventory. Intelligence indicates activity at several subterranean locations across Iran, including the Khujir missile facility in the southeast.
