Teacher Injured in Shooting Outside Negev School
A teacher, Orwa Nasser from Dir Hana, is receiving treatment at Soroka Hospital in Be'er Sheva after being shot in a parking lot near Al-Bayader School in Hura. Nasser was on his way to the school when the incident occurred. Magen David Adom reported that its teams transported a man, approximately 40 years old, to the hospital in moderate condition following what they described as a "violent incident" in Hura.
The Hura Local Council and its education department issued a strong condemnation of the shooting, which took place in the Al-Bayader School parking lot on the morning of the incident. The council expressed wishes for Nasser's swift and complete recovery and called for the rejection of all forms of violence. Large police forces arrived at the scene to investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
