Pedestrian Critically Injured After Bus Collision in Rishon LeZion
A woman in her 30s was seriously injured on Thursday morning after being struck by a bus in Rishon LeZion. The incident occurred at approximately 9:31 AM on Levi Eshkol Street. Magen David Adom (MDA) paramedics responded to the scene, providing initial medical treatment to the victim, who sustained a head injury and was in a confused state of consciousness.
She was transported by an MDA intensive care ambulance to Sheba Medical Center at Tel HaShomer. Paramedic Esti Cohen described the scene, stating, "This is a pedestrian who was hit by a bus. She was conscious but confused and suffered a head injury. We provided her with initial medical treatment and evacuated her in an MDA intensive care unit to the hospital in serious condition."
