Pedestrian Critically Injured After Bus Collision in Rishon LeZion
A woman, approximately 30 years old, was severely injured after being struck by a bus on Levi Eshkol Street in Rishon LeZion on Tuesday morning. Emergency medical services, Magen David Adom (MDA), responded to the scene at 9:31 AM after receiving a report of the incident.
Paramedics provided initial medical treatment to the woman, who was found to be in a confused state and suffering from a head injury. She was then transported by an intensive care ambulance to Sheba Medical Center at Tel HaShomer in serious condition.
Esti Cohen, an MDA paramedic, described the scene, stating, "This is a pedestrian who was hit by a bus. She was in a confused state and suffering from a head injury. We provided her with initial medical treatment and evacuated her in an MDA intensive care unit to the hospital in serious condition."
