The ownership dispute within the Maccabi Tel Aviv basketball club has reached a critical juncture as the deadline for appointing an arbitrator passed on Wednesday, September 9th. The arbitration proceedings involve current owner Richard Daetz and the Rekanati family, along with Shimon Mizrahi.
