Tiberias Man Charged with Severe Assault After Neighborly Dispute Over Noise

A dispute over loud music in Tiberias escalated into a violent assault, resulting in one man being seriously injured and his neighbor facing severe charges. The incident began when the accused was playing music at a high volume, disturbing his neighbors. A neighbor approached the accused's apartment to request he lower the music.

The simple request led to a heated verbal argument. Later that day, the two men encountered each other again near the building's entrance, where the confrontation turned physical. The accused allegedly headbutted his neighbor and then produced a knife, stabbing him multiple times in the abdomen and legs.

Emergency services and police responded to the scene. The victim was evacuated and reported to be in serious condition. The assailant fled the area but was apprehended by police approximately two days later following an extensive search by investigators from the Northern District.

Following the completion of the investigation, the Northern District Prosecutor's Office filed a serious indictment against the accused in the Nazareth-Jalil District Court. He is charged with causing severe bodily harm under aggravated circumstances. Police stated they will continue to act decisively against acts of violence to ensure perpetrators are brought to justice.
