Pedestrian Killed in Fatal Road Accident in Western Galilee
A man, approximately 40 years old, was killed early Tuesday morning in a fatal traffic accident on Highway 85 near Jadeida-Makr in the Western Galilee. The pedestrian was struck by a vehicle.
Emergency medical services (Magen David Adom) received the initial report at 5:21 AM and dispatched teams to the scene. Upon arrival, responders found the man lying unconscious on the road, with no pulse or respiration. Paramedics assessed his condition, noting severe, multi-system injuries, and were forced to declare him dead at the scene.
Traffic police investigators were called to the location and have launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the fatal collision. The exact cause of the accident is currently under investigation.
